Yes. All estimates are free, no-obligation, and provided in writing after an on-site walkthrough. Estimates include a full materials list with brand-specific line items so you can see exactly what you're paying for. No high-pressure same-day pricing tactics.

Our regular service area covers the northwest Twin Cities and west metro: Otsego, Plymouth, Maple Grove, Wayzata, Excelsior, Minnetrista, Minnetonka, Medina, Orono, Monticello, St. Michael, and Elk River. Yes. We document storm and hail damage with photo evidence and a written report, which homeowners can share with their insurer when notifying them of damage. We answer technical questions your adjuster may have about scope or materials. We don't act as a public adjuster — coverage decisions are between you and your insurance carrier.

Most projects use a milestone payment structure: a deposit at contract signing, a progress payment partway through the work, and the balance at project completion. Specifics depend on project size and scope. We accept check, ACH transfer, and credit card.

We do final walkthroughs before leaving any project. Any punch-list items get addressed within a week. We also provide a workmanship warranty in writing — the specifics depend on the project type. If something doesn't look right after we leave, call us — that's what we're here for.

Both. We do single-window swaps, individual door replacements, gutter sections, and other small jobs regularly. We also do full custom home builds and complete exterior renovations. There's no minimum project size.

We don't run discount promotions or use 'today-only' pricing tactics — our quotes are priced fairly to begin with, with no marketing markup baked in to be 'discounted away'. We do sometimes offer better pricing on projects we can schedule efficiently or batch with nearby work.
